The best part of my role as an Associate Product Manager that makes it fulfilling, is openness to work. This allows me to think in the right direction and implement the viable solutions faster. As a Data Analyst, I enjoy playing around with data, visualising it, and producing insights to grow the business. Though I work independently, I collaborate with various teams, including Retail distribution, ID verification, Finance, and Sales. One of my favourite memories was my onboarding process, which was fast, smooth, and organised. I also enjoyed contributing to the company's rebranding exercise by brainstorming and discussing ideas with other team members.

As a Chartered Accountant in our company, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations and maintaining accurate financial records is the best part of my role. One of my fondest memories in the past year was being part of the finance department's ERP Migration activity, which was a great learning experience. The company's commitment to integrity aligns with my own professional values, and the emphasis on continuous improvement encourages innovation and growth, vital in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.

I value the opportunity to learn from my team members with diverse perspectives and expertise. Working on projects together challenges me to expand my own knowledge and skills. One of my favorite memories was when we went on a team outing and participated in team-building activities. It was a great opportunity to bond and get to know each other outside of work. I quite enjoy the learning sessions, Friday demonstrations, and team engagement/outings, as well as the safe and secure work environment and availability of indoor games.

As an in-house counsel, I am responsible for safeguarding my company's interests and providing legal advice. The best part of my job is the trust and support I receive from my company, which motivates me to achieve more. I am fortunate to have had many positive experiences, including my first conversation with the CHRO, who gave me a sense of positivity about the work culture here.
